The Employee Directory is a searchable, browseable list of all active employees. Available to all roles including employees.

Features

• Search by name, email, or employee number
• Filter by department
• Grid view — photo/avatar cards with contact info
• List view — compact table with all details

What's Shown (Public View)

Employees see: name, employee no., position, department, email, phone, and area.

Accessing

Click Employee Directory in the left navigation sidebar. Available under the Reports section for admins, or at the bottom for employee self-service.
