EasyTime is a cloud-based workforce attendance, HR, and payroll management platform ("the Service"), owned and operated by Shihabudheen Valapra, trading as EasyTimeHr ("we," "us," "our"), based in Malappuram, Kerala, India. By creating an account or using the Service, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The Service

EasyTime is provided as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) on a subscription basis. Customers (employers) use the Service to manage their own employees' attendance, leave, payroll, and related HR records. New sign-ups begin with a free trial period (shown at sign-up); after the trial ends, continued use requires an active paid subscription plan.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • Subscription plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card details.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Prices and plan limits (employees, devices, features) are shown on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time, with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how already-billed periods are handled.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the employee, attendance, and payroll data you enter or import, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for your own compliance with applicable local labor, payroll, and data-protection law when using the Service to manage your employees.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to store or process unlawful content, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or resell/sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used and protected.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occasionally occur. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary unavailability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that breach these Terms, engage in unlawful use, or remain unpaid after the applicable grace period. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period beforehand or as permitted under our data retention practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malappuram, Kerala, India.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
