Birthday & Anniversary Reminders

The dashboard automatically highlights upcoming employee birthdays and work anniversaries so HR can recognize staff milestones.

Birthdays

• Shown in a pink banner at the top of the dashboard
• Shows employees with birthdays in the next 30 days
• Data comes from the Date of Birth field on the employee profile

Work Anniversaries

• Shown in a purple banner
• Shows employees with hire-date anniversaries in the next 30 days
• Only shows anniversaries of 1+ years (not the first year)

How to Set Date of Birth

Go to Employees → open an employee profile → Personal Info tab → set the Date of Birth field.

Privacy Note

Birthdays are only visible to HR roles and above. Employees see them on their own profile only.
