Online Check-In / Check-Out

If your company allows web/mobile punching, you can check in and out directly from your My Dashboard page — no device needed.

How to Use

  1. Open My Dashboard in the EasyTime portal
  2. Find the Today's Attendance section at the top
  3. Click Check In to record your arrival, or Check Out when leaving

GPS Location (Optional)

When you click Check In or Check Out, your browser may ask for location permission. Allowing this records your GPS coordinates alongside the punch — useful for remote workers.

  • If you allow location: your coordinates are saved and visible to HR
  • If you deny location: the punch still succeeds normally

Requirements

Your HR manager must enable Mobile Web Punch on your employee profile for this to work. If the buttons are greyed out or you see an error, contact HR to enable it.
