Viewing Your Attendance
Go to My Attendance in the sidebar. You will see a calendar view of your daily attendance records.
Understanding Status Badges
- Present (green) — You were present and on time
- Late (amber) — You arrived after the grace period
- Absent (red) — No check-in was recorded
- On Leave (blue) — An approved leave request covers this day
- Weekend / Holiday (gray) — Non-working day
Reading the Details
Click any day to see:
- Exact check-in and check-out times
- Hours worked
- Minutes late (if any)
- Overtime hours (if applicable)
- Source (device / manual entry)
Date Range
Use the From / To date pickers at the top to filter records by date range. The default view shows the current month.
